Crafted from premium outdoor-bred British pork each ham is soaked in signature brine with brown sugar for a week and then matured to enhance it's well-rounded flavour. Each ham is boneless and unglazed for maximum versatility and ease of carving. Roast with honey and mustard for a classic festive glaze, serve warm with potatoes, or enjoy cold with pickles and crusty bread.
