A necessity in any horsemans toolbox, the D Ring Snaffle has a nice weight, balance, and feel. Its slightly heavier design not only makes it durable, but it takes a deliberate acti on to cue the horse. When released, the bit returns quickly to a resting state, providing release of pressure and adding consistency to your hands. The mouthpiece is inlaid with copper to stimulate salivation. The mouthpiece is 5-1/8 inch wide, 3/8 inch in diameter, and curved to shape to the corner of the mouth for soft, evenly distributed pressure to the bars, tongue, and corners of the mouth.
