Classic 22 is our first vintage, from our beautiful site near Romsey, Hampshire. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes have been blended to produce this traditional method sparkling wine. Crafted in small batches, with only a limited number of bottles available, this wine reflects our quality over quantity. With over 2 years lees ageing and the mearest hint of dosage, this balanced dry white wine offers notes of fresh green apples and lemons, making it an ideal pairing with seafood, soft cheeses, or light dishes. * Age RestrictionsWe can only sell to customers that are 18 years old or older.
