Description: The ClassicLiquid system is a rapid curing polyurethane liquid membrane designed for overlaying existing roofing systems to create a durable and seamless waterproof layer. This 4 Litre ClassicLiquid Primer can be applied to many different substrates both porous and non porous and must be used prior to the use of ClassicLiquid Top Coats & Detailer. Coverage rates will vary based on the existing roof porousity between 0.1 litres to 0.3 litres per square metre. Typically a semiporous surface will require 0.2 Litres / sqm meaning that this 4 litre tin will cover approximatey 20 square metres. Application: It is essential that the intended substrate is thoroughly cleaned with a high pressure washer, on smaller areas a stiff broom and soapy water and rinse will suffice. Remove all oil, grease and wax contaminants, cement laitance and loose particles. Make good all cracks and blisters, fill surface irregularities with a suitable product. Allow to fully dry. Apply ClassicLiquid Primer at a sufficient coverage rate to seal the surface. Primer coverage rates will vary dependant on surface porosity Allow primer coat to fully dry.
