For New Apartments: In newly built apartments occupied for less than six years, the concrete curing process generates moisture for about three years. Ventilate frequently to prevent moisture buildup between the floor and the mat. Discoloration of the floor due to this moisture is a natural phenomenon and not caused by the product.
