AN ALAINA WALLER WINE | Head Winemaker at Evoke Winery My first job right out of college was at Gallo, so I spent some time in California. My favorite winery in Napa is Louis Marti ni. They make a field blend from their 100 year old vineyard called Mountain Red. I always buy as much as possible whenever I get the chance. Classy & Sassy is very literally based off of that wine.
