An original painting, oil on panel, 12’’ x 10’’, unframed. Signed by the artist. This artist paints in oil and watercolour, both en plein air and in the studio. They like to look h ard at unplanned parts of the world which people move in every day, and to find beauty in the ordinary. They have exhibited with, and won several prizes at, the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, the New English Art Club, the Royal Society of British Artists, the Royal Society of Marine Artists, and the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. They have had over 20 solo exhibitions in London, and have paintings in the collections of HM Queen Elizabeth II, Oxford University, and Hampton Court Palace.Previously an architect and theatre designer, this artist has lived in London most of their life, and now lives in the West Country.
