A One-Session Pottery Experience. An afternoon of clay, ritual, and intentional making. You will be guided through the process of making your own chawan (matcha whisk bowl) on the wheel. A piece created to become part of your daily rituals at home. As you work with clay, we will serve freshly prepared ceremonial grade matcha. A moment to be fully present and to experience the quiet concentration that comes with shaping something by hand. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a solo afternoon or share a special experience with someone close to you. Each spot is reserved for one person - so if you’d like to join with someone else or bring a group, be sure to book two or more spots. In the weeks following your session, Anna and her team will add the finishing touch to your creation with a glaze of your choice.
