We created four unique formulas, each with key ingredients for f our distinct bathing experiences. Available in 16oz. Decide how much or as little bath powder to use - in the bath, as a foot soak, or even in the shower! USES Full bath: Sprinkle into warm to hot bath, circulate, and soak for 15-20 minutes. Hand or foot bath: Sprinkle desired amount into a container (large enough for both hands/feet) filled with warm water. Submerge your hands/feet in the mixture; let soak for 15 minutes. Rinse; then pat dry. In the shower: To enjoy the aromatherapy benefits, sprinkle some bath powder onto the floor of your shower. Once the water and steam hit the powder, you'll have your own aromatherapy sauna to experience at home.
