Maximus Care Clean Shampoo is a daily cleansing shampoo for horses. It lifts dirt, sweat and grime from the coat, mane and tail, rinses out clean, and leaves the coat soft and glos sy. The formula is made with lanolin and aloe vera. Lanolin is a natural conditioner that helps moisturize the skin and coat. Aloe vera extract helps soothe and condition the skin, which matters for a shampoo used often. It is gentle enough for daily use on all breeds and coat colors. Clean Shampoo contains no raw materials listed in the FEI Prohibited Substances Database and is made in accordance with USEF regulations. For the weekly deep wash, use it alongside Maximus Care Heavy Duty Shampoo, Once a Week. Directions Use after riding, training or turnout, or whenever the coat is dirty or sweaty. Wet the horse's coat completely. Mix 1 oz of shampoo into 3 gallons of warm water and apply with a sponge. Work the lather into the coat, mane and tail. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and remove excess water. Precautions For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water for 15 minutes.
