This is a PDF Cleaning Checklist Form with editable fields. Type the areas that you need to clean in the editable fields, and save them as a new file so you can add or subtract areas at a later date. Print out as many as you need for each week of the year! The last thumbnail shows what the text would look like when typed in. The area fields will shrink the text to fit if you need more characters. You can click on each box to check off the areas cleaned or print it out blank and manually check them off with a marker/pen. There is also an area to add extra notes at the bottom.
