Cleaning Pad an alternative to plastic sponge fibres LoofCo cleaning pad is made from loofah plant and handmade in Egypt. A 100% biodegradable and great alternative to other plasti c cleaning sponges made from synthetic fibres, which very often end up in tanks and therefore also are eaten by fishes or other water animals. Each pad is 10x10cm of layered loofah stitched together for extra scrubbing power to clean surfaces, chopping boards, baths, sinks, tiles and taps. This will last for long months and when worn out can be thrown to a compost bin. Each pad has got a handy cotton cord which can be used for hanging loofah on the sink tap. Comes flat. Main benefits: made from loofah plant biodegradable and compostable handmade last for long durable and flexible Direction for use: May appear abrasive when dry but when immersed in water, the centre of the loofah pad swells to become a spongy non-scratch flexible pad. Fits neatly in the hand. Use with warm water and cleaning product to clean surfaces, chopping boards, baths, sinks, tiles and taps. To keep loofah fresh between uses, rinse thoroughly, squeeze out excess water and hang to air dry from the cotton string loop. Occasionally wash in the washing machine or by hand. Last for months and when worn out can be composted. Show more
