Make sure the surface is clean before applying and is free from any contamination including dust, dirt, oil, grease etc. The prepared surface must be totally covered with a thin even coating of clear road primer - This product can be applied using spray, brush or roller. Never pour onto the surface. Ensure that the primer is thoroughly dry before applying the subsequent thermoplastic material. How much do I need? A 5-litre tin will be enough for approximately: 100 - 110 rolls of 100mm x 5-metre thermoplastic marking 70 - 80 rolls of 150mm x 5-metre thermoplastic marking 50 - 60 rolls of 200mm x 5 metres thermoplastic marking The guidance of 12 to 15 m2 per litre @ 66 to 83 microns wet film thickness means the that 1 litre is enough for: 24 rolls of 100mm x 5 metre thermoplastic marking 16 rolls of 150mm x 5 metre thermoplastic marking 12 rolls of 200mm x 5 metres thermoplastic marking Show more
