This is a solution to panel mounting while fabricating. Once we weld on our dzus tab, locate our hole for the dzus button, and drill a 1/8" hole in our panel, we can install this cleco-dzus button into the dzus tab which now gives us a place to install our 1/8" cleco and hold our panel in place. These cleco-dzus buttons can stay in place while fabricating so you are easily able to remove the panel for fitment. Having a 1/8" hole in the panel instead of drilling the hole to the dzus button size right away also makes it easier to adjust fitment. These are sold in packs of 10. Please note that the first couple times you insert the 3/16 allen wrench it will be difficult. This is by design and it is very important to make sure the allen is fully seated to prevent rounding. Don't be afraid to give it a few taps to fully seat it.
