(aka: Clematis Evipo24) Clematis 'Picardy' is a 2004 introduction from the duo of Mogens Olesen and Raymond Evison that is much more compact than is typical. While Clematis' Picard y' will climb to 6' tall when grown vertically, we prefer it as a non-staked groundcover, where it reaches 18" tall x 6' wide...perfect to weave through shrubs and larger perennials.
