Cleveland's baseball team has called many places home for spring training, including New Orleans, San Antonio, Mobile, AL, and Athens GA. From 1947 to 1992, spring training was hel d in Tucson, Arizona. In 1993, the team was supposed to move operations to Homestead, FL, near Miami. However. Hurricane Andrew changed those plans, and the team settled in Winter Haven instead. Home games were played at Chain of Lakes Park. They stayed there until 2009, when they moved to Goodyear, AZ to share a facility with fellow Ohio team, Cincinnati. Show more
