The Clever Coffee Dripper is the easiest way to start brewing better coffee at home. It doesn't require any special equipment. As long as you can heat water and set a timer, you can have great coffee in 3 minutes. The Clever Coffee Dripper comes with the brewing device, a lid, and 100 paper filters, so you can start brewing right out of the box. Our recommended recipe: 30 grams of freshly ground 4-Track Coffee 465 ml of filtered water, directly off boil. Preheat and rinse your filter by filling the Clever with hot water and allowing it to drain into your mug, mason jar, or other brewing vessel. Discard rinse water. Grind your coffee to a medium-coarse grind consistency and add to your preheated Clever Dripper. Start a timer for 2 minutes, and pour in your boiling water. Once all the water is added, give the coffee a gentle stir. When timer goes off, place the Clever on top of your brewing vessel and allow coffee to drain through the bottom (typically takes about 1-2 minutes). Enjoy!
