The stretch between "yes, I'm in" and the first deliverable is where client relationships are won or quietly damaged. A new client just signed, and now you are rebuilding the same materials you built for the last one: the welcome email, the intake form, the kickoff agenda, the walkthrough of how the engagement works. Every piece gets written under time pressure, so the links go missing, the tone drifts, and the client asks the same questions clients always ask because nothing answered them first. This skill builds the entire stretch for you: welcome email sequences, intake questionnaires, onboarding guide documents, kickoff-call agendas, expectation-setting boilerplate, and milestone check-in templates. What makes it different is that it learns your business once through a setup interview covering your services, your client journey from signed contract to first deliverable, your voice, your tool stack, and the exact places clients stall. After that, every output references your milestones, links to your scheduler, sounds like an email you wrote on a good day, and preemptively answers the questions your clients ask every single time. Ask for one piece and it arrives ready to paste into your tools. Ask for the full package and it arrives in journey order with a deployment map showing what goes out, when, and who owns it. This is an Interview First Skill. Your AI runs a setup interview on first use to capture your onboarding profile. The interview takes about 15 to 25 minutes. When it is done, you download the updated Skill file, reinstall it, and every future session starts from your saved profile. What is a Portable Brain Skill? A Portable Brain Skill is a plain text file, specifically a Markdown (.md) file, that you install directly into your AI account. Claude and ChatGPT both support Skills natively, built on the same open standard, so the exact same file installs in either one. Once it's in, your AI reads it automatically at the start of every relevant conversation, so you never have to re-explain your brand, your process, or your preferences again. It works like permanent memory that loads on demand. Because you own the file itself, you are not locked into any platform. Install it in Claude today, in ChatGPT tomorrow, or in both at once. Your investment travels with your business, not with any single tool. Use It on Any AI Platform This Skill installs directly in Claude and in ChatGPT with no conversion required. ChatGPT's native Skills support works on any paid ChatGPT plan (not available on the free plan yet), and Claude Skills work on both free and paid Claude plans. Every Portable Brain Skill also includes free access to the Portable Brain Skill Extractor, a tool that converts your .md Skill file into formats for every other platform: Google Gem (Gemini) Plain System Prompt Project Knowledge file NotebookLM format Access details are included with your purchase.
