The Cling Mag Grab Mini Fly Patch offers a modern, durable alternative to traditional foam storage by utilizing high-power magnets to secure flies directly to your gear. Designed to mount seamlessly to vests, packs, or wading straps, this accessory features a magnetic backing plate that sandwiches fabric for a hold that does not damage waterproof membranes. The surface area is engineered to grab hooks instantly, allowing for rapid fly changes and secure drying without the wear and tear associated with piercing foam or silicon. Key Features Powered by strong neodymium magnets to secure flies of various sizes. Compact footprint fits easily on lanyards, packs, or shirt pockets. Magnetic attachment system preserves fabric integrity by eliminating pinholes. Rugged exterior construction withstands heavy use and weather exposure. Why We Like It This tool streamlines the process of swapping flies by acting as a reliable catch-all for snipped bugs or drying patterns. The magnetic hold is surprisingly strong, keeping even heavier tungsten bead heads in place while you navigate rough terrain or fast water. Since it does not rely on friction or puncture for retention, the Mag Grab Mini maintains its effectiveness indefinitely, making it a long-term upgrade for anglers tired of replacing shredded foam patches. The ability to attach the patch anywhere without damaging expensive gear adds a level of versatility that standard pin-on accessories cannot match.
