Clockmakers Bushing Tool for threaded bushings, sold by Southern Watch & Clock Supplies in the UK. Very compact tool for what it does and it comes in a very lovely wooden box, comp lete with a handful of screw-in bushing. Comes with the instructions shown, if you want to call them that.
