An Irish non-chill filtered, triple distilled whisky and finished in the Atlantic Warehouse of the Clonakilty Distillery. This delicious single batch blend is bottled at 43.6% and is the first whisky of the Clonakilty Distillery. Aroma: slightly spicy with vanilla, freshly cut grass, notes of ripe apples and pears and leather. Taste: warming and spicy with pepper and ginger.
