The Cloud CDPM-PSU is an external power supply for use with Cloud PM and CDPM digital paging microphones. When several microphones are connected to the same mixer, or when cable ru ns between the microphone and the mixer are particularly long, the power the mixer supplies isn't enough to keep every microphone powered. In these situations, each microphone needs its own local power source instead of relying on the mixer alone. The CDPM-PSU provides that extra power, connecting directly to the rear of the microphone to give it a dedicated, stable supply regardless of how many other units are sharing the same system or how far the cable run stretches.
