These vines are harvested only when the fruit turns yellow for a softer, sweeter profile. Sourcing Our Cloud Forest Green Cardamom Our spice is hot-air-dried to preserve its distinct flavor. You will notice clear notes of ginger, apricots, and fragrant jungle flowers. It pairs perfectly with our Cinnamon or Wild Mountain Cumin.
