The benefits of playing with playdough are truly endless! It's a fantastic sensory experience for both children and adults alike. It allows to children to practice and enhance many important skills such as fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, language, and social skills all while encouraging them to create, imagine and explore. Playdough is a must have for any play room. It can even be used as a calming aid for children as it encourages them to focus on playing with the dough while the sensory aspect helps to calm and slow the mind, allowing them to self regulate their emotions. The Wild Things playdough is made using natural and food grade ingredients so they are safe for your child. If they happen to have a taste (it is hard to resist!), there is nothing that will cause them any harm but please keep in mind that it is very high in salt so it is not safe for consumption in larger amounts. Always supervise your child during play and keep your playdough stored safely out of their reach. Packed in a reusable glass jar for easy storage. As this is a perishable item we recommend storing your playdough in the fridge to keep it away from humidity and fluctuating temperatures. Your dough will last more than 6 months if stored correctly.
