Cloud Plume Agate sterling silver 1/2" x 1 1/2" Talulet Jewelry is handmade in her studio located in the Hudson River Valley, NY. Heather studied Jewelry and Metalsmithing in Phili delphia and later started Talulet. Because of her upbringing in New England and summers wandering the woods and by the ocean, she finds inspiration from those magical places.
