The On Cloudmonster 3 Hyper LightSpray features a minimalist, high-performance build with a one-piece LightSpray upper made from TPU filament, a dual-layer midsole combining Helion HF hyper foam (for energy return) and standard Helion foam (for durability), and a rubberized CloudTec outsole for grip and cushioning, all designed with very few components to keep weight low. To care for them, avoid machine washing and instead clean gently by hand using mild soap and cold water with a soft brush or cloth, then air dry away from direct heat sources, as heat can damage both the foam and upper; because the upper is thin and laceless, handle them carefully when putting them on, use proper running socks, and try to avoid heavy rain or muddy conditions to preserve their structure and performance.
