A wonderful organic green, "Clouds and Mist" translates from the tea's Chinese name, Yun Wu. This delicate, fragrant tea of slender emerald leaves produces a complex elixir reminis cent of freshly steamed garden greens and reveals sweet, buttery notes of clover honey with a hint of ash. Often in the shadow of the more well-known Dragonwell, this elegant tea has nonetheless earned a reputation as one of the "Ten Famous Teas of China." Yun Wu yields a pale green liquor and finishes with a savory smoothness. Originally grown in Jiangxi Province, Yun Wu is now grown in many tea growing provinces, with the finest still being sourced from the "Golden Triangle of Tea" - Jiangxi, Anhui, and Zhejiang Provinces.
