9 fresh, hop-forward cans from Manchester's Cloudwater Cloudwater Brew Co is a Manchester-based independent brewery, brewing since 2015 and built around a simple idea: bold flavour and genuine drinkability, in equal measure. Their approach has always been restless. A constant stream of fresh releases, a Barrel Project running alongside the core range, and a hopping process - Supercharged - that takes beer from dry hop to can in under 24 hours to lock in the freshest possible profile. IPAs are the heartland, but Cloudwater range widely: hazy pales, DIPAs loaded with Citra and Mosaic, crisp Helles, and fruited sours from the barrel. They run taprooms in Manchester and London and an annual beer festival in their own name. Ten years in, the curiosity that started this thing hasn't gone anywhere.
