Released as a mature wine, Te Koko is an individual expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Barrel fermented with wild yeast, it offers a deliciously aromatic and richly texture s tyle..A fragrant nose of toasted nuts, fresh thyme and nectarines. The palate is mouthfilling with ample ripe tropical fruit and lemon sorbet. Particularly recommended with savoury and rich dishes. ### Product Description This is not typical Sauvignon Blanc - due to how the team approach making this wine. It all started as an experiment back in 1991and has become something of a cult of a wine for those in the know.
