The Clouser Minnow was developed as a smallmouth bass pattern by Bob Clouser. Chartreuse and white is the most popular pattern for our salmon and sea-run cutthroat fisheries. Since then it has become a universal fly for all types of species and is easily the most popular saltwater pattern around.
