Battery clamp terminals made from corrosion resistant alloy. The cable insulation should be cut back to the length of the cable entry on the clamp and the screws firmly tightened. A thin smear of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) all over the clamp is highly recommended. Positive and negative. Show more
