How to Use Shake to blend before use. After applying and curing CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat, apply a thin layer of your chosen color and cure under the CND™ UV Lamp for 2 minutes. Apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Matte Top Coat over your color, making sure to cover all nails evenly. Cure for 2 minutes under the CND™ UV Lamp.
