The 300g tub holds 30 servings across Blue Raspberry, Cherry Cola Bottles, Pink Lemonade and Tropical Pineapple. CNP state 7.3g to 8.1g of essential amino acids per 10g serving, including 3.0g to 3.3g of leucine, depending on flavour. On the Cherry Cola label the blend totals 7300mg, made up of 3000mg L-leucine, 1150mg L-lysine, 810mg L-threonine, 660mg L-isoleucine, 620mg L-valine, 430mg L-phenylalanine, 310mg L-methionine, 260mg L-histidine and 43mg L-tryptophan. Each 10g scoop carries 8 kcal, 0.5g of carbohydrate, 0g of sugars, 0g of fat and 0.05g of salt. Mix one heaped scoop (10g) with 350 to 500ml of cold water in your shaker.
