Oatmeal is made by chopping the whole oat groat (grain) into pieces. Longer to cook, but makes full-flavoured porridge. These work great for making overnight oats. Cooking Instructions Slowly add 40g to 430ml boiling water whilst continuously stirring until the mixture thickens. Reduce heat & simmer for 20 minutes or longer to make it thicker.
