Initial deposit 50% is due no later than 5 business days after consultation so please book accordingly.To cancel or reschedule appointments please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you are not able to contact us within the requested time frame the consultation fee will be classified as nonrefundable.Please book at least 48 hours before appointment date.18 OR UNDER: Parent/Guardian signature is required for all agreements & they must be present during appointments.Please do not bring any kids under 7 years of age unless they are being serviced.
