WHAT'S IN THE BOX Each gift pack contains: 1 x Rose 2024 (Eden Valley) - Bright peaches, stonefruits and orange zest with a touch of honey, spice and lingering caramel flavours on the finish. This is a lovely light bodied wine with a clean and lean citrus finish. 1 x Sparkling Brut NV (Central Victoria) - Fresh kiwi fruit, musk and a hint of mango lingering at the back. Creamy bubbles and sweet honeycomb top it off, balancing out a backbone of dry acid. 1 x Summer Fling Recipe (Champagne Cocktail) - see below *Please note this Gift Pack does not contain the lemonade or strawberries listed below. Just the two wines and a copy of the recipe. Summer Fling (Champagne Cocktail)1 bottle Sparkling Brut 1 bottle dry Rose 3 cups of Lemonade 1 punnet of Strawberries Garnish to taste - I use Mint and Borage flowers from the garden Instructions 1. Wash and slice the strawberries 2. Add sliced strawberries to a 2 litre pitcher of Rose and Lemonade 3. Cover the pitcher and put in fridge overnight to maximise the flavours 4. Pour contents of pitcher into champagne glasses, filling half way 5. Top up each glass with Sparkling Brut 6.
