Hatch Chile is unique to New Mexico’s Hatch Valley like Champagne is to Champagne. Flavors are earthy, smoky, and smooth. And a Maine oyster — known for its briny, herbaceous, and sweet nuances— is unique to Maine’s cold, pristine waters. Hatch x New England — a spicy, zesty cocktail sauce recipe from two special regions—with love! Ingredients: Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, Sun-Dried Chile Puree, Red Chile Roast, Horseradish, Honey, White Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Water, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic, Onion, and Black Pepper. Processed in a facility that also produces Soy. Worcestershire Sauce contains fish (anchovies).
