This 650g compressed Coco Pith Block expands to 8-9 litres of premium quality 100% vegetable based growing medium (when mixed with water). Compressed coir coconut pith fibre is an ideal medium for growing cuttings, mircogreens, and seed raising due to its excellent water holding capacity. When added to soils it will condition the soil and improve plant growth. It will also loosen hard clay and last in your soil for up to 5 years.
