An exotic take on the Almond & Berry or Cherry Cake, this Coconut & Almond Cake is a nutty, tropical delight. Soft frangipane sponge is offset by the crunchy texture of the coconut and the delightfully sweet almond flavour. This is a popular choice in the cafes of Cambridge and we wanted to find a way to bring it to more of you! So it's made it to the website.
