Rooibos is commonly known as Red Tea or Red Bush Tea and is derived from the leaves of the Aspalathus linearis plant native to South Africa. With anti-inflammatory properties, Rooibos is great for alleviating pain and supporting heart health. INGREDIENTS Organic red rooibos tea, organic coconut flakes, organic acai berry powder, & organic coconut flavoring Caffeine Free BREW INSTRUCTIONS Add 1 teaspoon of tea to your infuser or tea bag, then place in 8 ounces of boiling hot water. Allow to steep for 3-5 mins. (Optimal Brew Temperature 200-212° F) Our 0.5 ounce will produce 3-6 cups of tea, our 1.0 ounce will produce 6-12 cups of tea. After the first cup of tea, we recommend re-steeping and reusing the tea leaves for a second cup. EXPERIMENT We encourage our tea drinkers to experiment with the tea flavors by brewing at varying temperatures, allowing to steep for different times, and adding your choice of sweeteners (or not) & milks.
