If you find an older listing that says otherwise, it is out of date. Does it taste like coconut?Only faintly. Most people read it as butterscotch or light caramel. How does it compare to the other syrups?It is the mildest. Yacon is the most flavourful, date syrup the sweetest, and chicory root syrup the one built around fiber — 11g per tablespoon with 0g added sugars. Coconut nectar is the one that stays out of the way. No one is perfect. Just have good balance.
