Our coconut flakes are cut to a medium sized flake and are certified organic, Non-GMO Project verified, sustainably grown, naturally sweet and gently dried. Our organic, coconut fl akes come from the white flesh of the mature coconut. In order to maintain the highest nutritive value, they are gently dried and shredded to produce our coconut flakes. Our pure coconut chips are naturally sweet and as close to fresh as possible. Coconut flakes have all of the healthful benefits and nourishing fats of coconut oil with additional dietary fiber and protein. Add to a delicious organic fruit bowl or make your own custom organic trail mix. To make a coconut milk, blend 1 part coconut flakes to 3 parts water and strain through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag.
