Toasted Medium Desiccated Coconut is a much coarser product when compared to Coconut Fine. It can still be incorporated into doughs or cake mixtures to give a coconut flavour but w ill also add a more gritty texture. This product is more akin to the topping that is applied to coconut cakes. Specification available upon request.
