British Cod The Cod needs no introduction. A light and fresh flavoured white fish, best lightly fried in butter, steamed or grilled. Due to the nature of fresh fish deliveries, we have very limited stock on Mondays and would recommend ordering for Tuesday - Sunday deliveries.
