The ingenious board game Code 777 merges the principles of logical deduction with elements of Indian poker. Each participant receives a stand to hold three tiles selected from a collection of tiles, comprising seven distinct numbers in seven different colours (28 tiles altogether); however, the stand faces away from the player. With participants seated in a circle, everyone can observe other players' tiles, but not their own. Each round, participants select a card featuring a question such as, "Are there more red sevens or more green sevens?" which aids others in identifying their tiles. When you feel confident about which tiles are positioned in front of you, you may venture a guess - but an incorrect answer means starting afresh with a new set of tiles... 1986 Spiel des Jahres Recommended
