For most riders, the Medium is the safest all-round starting point. Choose the Large if you want more pitch stability, easier control or a calmer downwind feel. Choose the Small or X-Small if you are already confident and want a looser, more reactive setup for sharper turns and a quicker pump cadence. Is a shorter fuselage better? Not always. A shorter fuselage can make the foil feel more agile and lively, but it also reduces pitch stability. That can be brilliant for experienced surf and prone riders, but less helpful if you are learning, downwinding or trying to make your setup feel more settled. Is the Large fuselage only for beginners? Will this work with my existing Code foil? Yes, this fuselage is designed for the Code Foils modular system. Can I use aftermarket rear wings with it? The Code fuselage uses an M6 rear wing mounting with 30mm spacing, and Code also provide shim options for riders who like to experiment. However, mixing non-Code parts needs care, so we recommend checking compatibility with us first rather than assuming everything will fit and feel right. Can I demo Code Foils before buying? For suitable riders, selected Code Foils equipment may be available through our Lymington try-before-you-buy service.
