Returns or exchanges are only possible if there is a problem with playback. 2) In some cases, the disc center hole diameter is made small to minimize distortion of the playback sound range and remain as consistent as possible even during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, adjust the center hole using a dedicated product. 3) Occasionally, there may be fine scratches left on the disc or the finish may not be clean.
