The volume numbers are there to guide you, but how a board paddles and flows comes down to the overall design. Our boards are designed to be accessible without feeling oversized, meaning most surfers can ride them close to their normal volume while still getting great paddle power and control. To find your perfect volume, take your weight in kgs and divide by 2. The add 5-10ltrs for beginner surfers, or minus 5-10ltrs for advanced surfing. When in doubt: choose the board that will get you more waves.Because more waves = more fun Quick Size Guide A simple rule of thumb when choosing your Code board: Beginner surfers: Choose a board with extra volume and length for stability and paddle power.
