This class will start with the coffee essentials — what coffee is, how and where it’s grown, and how it’s processed. We’ll also go over our own coffee sourcing methods (where we ge t our coffees, the farmers we partner with, and how we pick what we buy), roasting, brewing, and serving. After that, we'll cup! Cupping is a professional method of evaluating the taste of coffee. It's what we use to select coffees for our cafes, develop roast profiles, and train our baristas. This class will be a fun opportunity to taste coffees alongside our experts and develop your coffee palate! You'll also walk away with a 4oz bag of coffee!
