We crafted this amazing liqueur to taste exactly like a jam lamington with your morning coffee. Based on our award winning coffee and cacao liqueur we baked in our Lamington flavou r by using vanilla to emulate the sponge, raspberries and pomegranates for the jam, and toasted coconut for the outside.
